Ziba is a fantastic new Mediterranean Artisan Café in the heart of Hitchin, located in the bustling Market Place serving hand-crafted traditional Mediterranean Artisan sweet and savoury treats.

The Colin Hill Design and Build team created a welcoming, relaxed café with a large serving area with food counters to display their delicious bakes. We created a large customer seating area with a modern and relaxed design. The build also included a complete renovation of the space and the installation of a brand-new commercial kitchen.
